"Because it’s shoulder season, Mike Harris the front office manager gave us a room upgrade. Great hotel. We had a storm with a power outage in the whole of Revelstoke. So was unable to wash, shower or doo washing. Thank goodness restored in the morning so able to bathe etc before checking out. "

"We stayed here at the end of May so most facilities were closed and not yet open for summer season but that kept it nice and quiet. Girls at reception could not have been nicer and more helpful. Great fun. Rooms were adequate but a titch tired. Golden had good restaurants to choose from and was reasonably close with a nice drive . Would definitely recommend. "
