"We loved our stay here. The property was well cared for and the staff was extremely friendly. In the pool, we were asked several times if we were with the hotel, and we were glad they were checking. We loved that sunscreen and beach and pool towels were provided. The room was very nice and while the hotel wasn’t located on the beach, the walk was very short. "

"You don't absolutely need a car for Howzit Maui, but it's really helpful. The hostel arranges daily tours and activities, but if you don't make it onto the sign up sheet, then you need to make your own arrangements. There are plenty of people who have car rentals, so making alternate plans isn't a big deal. There are six shared bathrooms (with showers) and a seventh just for women. "WiFi had issue and Technical support had to come to condo to repair. Master bathroom toilet had to been leaking and owner had to be contacted fir approval to be replaced during our stay and left us with 1 toilet to share for 24 hours. We had to inconvenience our invited guest with this situation. "
