"The room is clean and large and smells ,washroom is old have a bug,have a washing machine but old.the hotel to the Beppu station take ten minutes but from Fukuoka airport to the hotel is far and from the highway bus station to the hotel is far. "

"The layout of the property is good, with laundry facilities! The down sides are: 1. No usb port; 2. The fire exit light is green and too bright at night that brighten the whole room. 3. The blinds are too light that didn’t block the sunlight. Wake up very early in the morning as the beds all face the windows."

"1階に泊まったが2階の宿泊者の足音が深夜2時までドンドンと継続して眠れなかった。wifiもコードが挿さっておらずこちらで対処して使えるようになった。せめてwifiはパスワードを入力したら使えるような状態になってるがを確認すべきです。ティッシュペーパーも数枚の状態で置かれておりエントランスの倉庫みたいなところにあるのを見つけて使いました。次の旅行者が快適に過ごせるような改善がされたらいいと思います。"

"想像していた以上に音が響きびっくりしました。 ２階に宿泊される方が23時頃チェックインしたようですが、全くなんの配慮もしていないのかドタバタと走り回り、挙句に飛び跳ねたり……25時頃まで続きました。 子供さんがいたら多少は仕方ないと思いますがさすがに酷すぎました。(これは宿側の責任ではないと思いますが…) ２階を予約したかったのですが１階、２階と分かる記載がなかった為、口コミやレビューを見て予想して予約したら見事に１階でした… そしてカーテンが特殊なタイプなので外からまる見えです…どう頑張ってもまる見えです また非常灯が天井に取り付けられているため、一晩中煌々とてらされ寝れたものではありませんでした。 正直今まで色んな所に宿泊させて頂きましたが、ダントツでワースト1です…"
