Farmstay in Kutahya Province

"Çalışanlar ilgili, otel genel olarak temiz. Ancak teknik olarak odaların kontrolü mutlaka yapılmalı ( televizyon, sabunluk, duş, sıcak su vb.) Bunların çoğunda sorun yaşadık. Bir de rezervasyon sistemlerini ve Hotels.com la olan entegrasyonlarını daha da geliştirmeleri gerekiyor. Örneğin biz iki oda rezerve etmemize rağmen otele geldiğimizde tek oda ayrıldığını gördük. Her ne kadar resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar sorunu çözmek için çaba gösterip hallettilerse de ilk giriş anında böyle bir sorun...
