"The front desk staff was excellent and super friendly, so I have no concerns there. The location also cannot be beat. However, the rooms and overall building environment are in dire need of updating and refreshment. Specifically, the bathroom in my basic triple room had a poor layout with no hooks for clothes outside the shower area. What made our stay worse was finding out that the toilet was leaking around the base when we woke up on the morning of our checkout. I decided to cancel a subsequent stay at this hotel and go elsewhere."
