"The hotel was overall good. The only issues we had were the lack of hot water for the first night, and the air conditioning/heating not working."

It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong. "

"I booked a Premier Suite Twin for my friend and I. The room was super spacious and clean and included several wonderful amenities, such as a sanitization closet, in-suite laundry, and a freezer! The gym was clean and in good shape, and the hotel is well-located as well. Just a short walk from a subway station. Definitely excellent value for money! Only downside is that there were no options for breakfast to be included in the cost paid, (it was an extra daily charge). Additionally, my friend had an interaction with a front-desk employee who seemingly didn’t speak much English, which made communication difficult, (a hotel is the one place while travelling where you would not expect this to be an issue). Overall though, I would definitely recommend Hotel The Botanik to others travelling to Seoul :)"

"I honestly have nothing bad to say about my stay at Lacozi stay. The room was super spacious, the bed very comfortable and the staff were super helpful. The location is a bit out of the way from central Seoul but it's super well connected with plenty of bus and tube options around. If you're sensitive to sound when you sleep you might find the big street underneath a little loud but nothing a normal pair of earplugs can't help with. "
