"Laundry is cheap but it’s in the basement of the hotel and a bit awful smelling. The elevator is a tight fit. 7/11 downstairs is super convenient."

"Our stay at The Shilla was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best we’ve experienced while traveling and made it easy to get great rest after long days out. Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel seamless and relaxing. The sauna and wellness facilities were also fantastic and a highlight of the stay. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and very well organized. Overall, The Shilla delivered an exceptional experience in every way — from the rooms and beds to the staff, amenities, and facilities. "The room was clean and comfortable. Staff on the ground floor and at check-in were very friendly and helpful, though staff in other areas were only average. A few things to note: Facilities come with quite a lot of rules. The pool requires advance booking, which felt inconvenient while on holiday — I prefer being able to use it whenever I feel like. Entry is also not allowed if you’re wearing room slippers. Breakfast is organised into three entry sessions, which resulted in waiting times and a very busy dining area. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast experience. A wider fruit selection would have made the breakfast experience better."
