"This hotel was great and very convenient. We only stayed the night after landing in LA but wish we stayed longer. The room was clean and a lot more spacious than we expected. It came with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. There were coffee shops nearby and food places within walking distance which was nice since we didn't have a car until the next morning. Which also made having a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport so convenient! "

"Water was shut off due to plumbing from 1 pm to 5 pm Weds Mar 4th, checked in and wasnt able to shower or get ready before having to go work all night. Issues with parking, paid twice because parking meter didnt register properly. "

"We booked 5 rooms for our family for the night prior to boarding our ship for a cruise. Of the five rooms, 3 rooms had air conditioners that did not work. It had been hot that day and so the rooms were stuffy and we had to try and ventilate by opening the windows which created very noisy rooms because of how close we were to LAX. This facility is not up to Marriott Standards. Facility did not have a business center where we could print out our luggage tags for the cruise. You would think that the cruise passengers would be a big part of their business."

"Here is my honest opinion. We had issues with our stay due to the room being broken a little bit but as someone who works in hotels I don't think they deserve a bad rating. I forgot to get names of the front desk people but thank you to the guy who checked into our room early, literally made our life so much easier and the night audit guy. He Definity has some customer service skills, appreciate them! As well as i would like to point out their pool. It turned out by the end of the night we were there alone not we were not disturbed; it was so much fun!"
