"It's a gem. Super clean, seems new or refurbished.Staff is wonderful. Food healthy and great. Facilities great. Two pools at the hotel- third one with a stunning view of the sea 1min across the road.What I liked is they don't play dumb music by the pools. It's a peaceful, quiet place where you can really unwind. Seems to attract guests who are respectful.We had a suite with a private pool- amazing. Only minus is our room was quite cold- heating didn't work (I guess switched off for the start of the season?). But there was an extra duvet and a blanket. We arrived late, shattered and the welcome was warm and they left some food for us in the room."

"This hotel exceed expectations. The staff were lovely, the spa facilities were very nice, and the food was excellent. I wish the hot pool was a bit hotter; however the steam room made up for it as it was incredibly hot. "

"This was my first time visiting Palma and I can say for certain that this is my new go-to hotel for future visits. I will say it is slightly pricey for food/drinks/buffet etc, but the quality and service you get for it balances this out - definitely getting what you pay for. The area itself does have a musical vibe to it but come 23:00/23:30, lights are out and music is off - everyone is very respectful."

"I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it out leaving the balcony door open. We also noticed a similar musty smell in the porch of the hotel at the hotel’s entrance. Otherwise, the spa was so lovely and very clean and the hotel is very unique and well laid out. We will be back! "
