"The house and pool were exceptionally clean ,bed and pillows were very good . Everything we needed in the kitchen which was well furnished ,air-conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Nice balcony that we used a lot . What I would suggest and noticed in a previous review was that it would be a good idea to have two lamps on either side of the bed for those who like to read at night .Other than that we had everything we needed ."

"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

The villa is perfect for people looking for a quiet location but a short walk from all of the attractions. Our host Pedro was amazing and so accommodating. The villa had lots of personal touches and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful city of Palma and its surroundings. "The room was clean and the pool was nice. The message therapist I had was good. This hotel gets 4 stars and not 5 because they wanted $5.50 Euros to lock my passport in a safe. That's the only hotel in the world I've visited that did this, and I've been to a lot of hotels, especially in the EU."

"Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay."

"The Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked shower our first night and it got fixed within 15 minutes. The pool area is stunning and drinks were very tasty especially the sangria. Breakfast was fab, so much choice and very fresh. I am coeliac and one of the waiter brought me out a Gluten Free basket of goodies. All in all we had a lovely 2 night stay and loved the rustic charm of the hotel and surrounding area."
