"The house and pool were exceptionally clean ,bed and pillows were very good . Everything we needed in the kitchen which was well furnished ,air-conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Nice balcony that we used a lot . What I would suggest and noticed in a previous review was that it would be a good idea to have two lamps on either side of the bed for those who like to read at night .Other than that we had everything we needed ."

"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

The villa is perfect for people looking for a quiet location but a short walk from all of the attractions. Our host Pedro was amazing and so accommodating. The villa had lots of personal touches and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful city of Palma and its surroundings. "It was great to have a pool being so close to the city and the pool bar staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was decent but the mini fridge didn't work and although I asked reception twice to fix the issue, nothing was done. I would rate the room itself to be 3 star."

"really nice hotel and perfect location! 5 mins from airport and beach and close enough to palma city for a day trip. The hotel is lovely and the pool area great! . could do with a few more loungers as not enough for everyone and it can be become sunbed wars… The breakfast buffet had alot of choice and all tasty. only issue i had was the patrician between the balconies was very small and the guests in the room next to us were out smoking A LOT so i unfortunately couldn’t enjoy my balcony due to the gross smell as a non smoker . That’s the only negative i have as I really do recommend this hotel."
