The outside space was beautiful and my mum is disabled but the accommodation made her feel confident and comfortable. "We were a family of 5 staying at this house for 10 days in Jul/Aug and it was perfect. Beautiful house in a perfect location with the best market on the island 1 minute walk away. The house is spacious, modern and each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom which was great for the kids. Our family had a wonderful stay, the pool and surrounding garden was beautiful and the hosts really lovely and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"La maison de Frederic est confortable, belle et spacieuse. On s'y sent très bien. Les meubles sont aciens, belle hauteur, parquet, beaucoup de cachet et de charme. La plage est à quelques mètres et le centre-ville et son marché à quelques minutes de marche. Nous disposions de tout l'étage et du jardin. C était vraiment agréable. Nous reviendrons sans doute."

"The hob didn’t work the lights outside around the table were not working, the pool was not maintained and we were not able to swim in it . As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! My daughter is visually impaired and fell down the steps because the lights were not working!! I contacted the manager on 10 different occasions and she did not get back to me . Please give me immediate...

"The property is excellently located and has sufficient space and amenities to cater for 8 people comfortably and 10 if you have younger children- not babies. The pool is immaculately well kept and a few things like the hedge positioning and outside shower and toilet for pool use make this a fantastic place to stay for your trip to Ile de Re! Bike hire and easily accessible bike paths throughout the island and the La Noue market a very short distance away, leave your with very little to think...

"We stayed for 1 week at this lovely, ground floor villa, which was very clean, secure, private, in a quiet setting and upon arrival we were greater warmly by Arlette. Ideal location, 5 minutes walk to long, sandy beaches and 10 minutes to the centre of the village with a daily market, restaurants and shops. No car rental needed. We hired bikes locally, low cost and visited other nearby villages along cycle tracks. Used also the local bus, again very cheap. We would certainly recommend this villa...

"Great view of the marina"

"We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "
