"We are one month into our European trip and have stayed at 10 different places so far but this has been the best by far .Yes it has 54 steps to get to the rooms and I have a broken foot so it wasn't easy but it was worth it .Lovely rooms - loads of space, well equipped kitchen and laundry and comfy beds .Then there was the outside terrace with views to die for.We stayed 6 nights and didn't want to leave .Menton is wonderful and this place is well situated between 2 great beaches .Loved it"

"Overall the property is what was expected. The surrounding area is quite noisy though. The property is clean, spacious, and has terrific air conditioning. A quick tram ride from the train station to get here is nice and allowed us to explore very easily."

"We were on an Inter-rail trip, so easy access to the train was important to us. This apartment was perfect for us in that regard. The place has an odd mix of crockery, furniture, etc. but it was reasonably clean (a little dusty). I would certainly stay there again"

"J’ai passé un beau séjour le seul bémol est la communication, car j’ai dû attendre 2heures à la porte de l’appartement. L’appartement était propre. Il y avais tout ce dont l’on avait besoin. Beau quartier avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Épicerie juste en bas. Si je retourne là bas cet appartement me conviendrais il est très abordable compte tenu que le logement me servais plus de lieu où dormir que une habitation."

"My wife and I spent two weeks at this property and truly enjoyed our time. I think its a fantastic value for money. The location is perfect if you want to explorer Nice and nearby areas. It's steps from the tram and 5 minutes walk from Nice Ville train station, so it's easy to hop on a train if you want to visit another area around French Riviera. "Beautiful setting and great location. View truly is spectacular. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a property manage to let us in even though we provided an eta an hour before arrival as requested. Otherwise enjoyed are stay and would stay again. The host’s manual with recommendations was very helpful."

"I had a great stay! Apartment was big, clean and as described. The location was good and the check in / check out process super easy. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning does not cool the apartment very much, but that didn't bother me."

"I stayed here for the month of October. For the most part this apartment is fantastic. It looks just like the pictures. It is quiet and there is an elevator. The main room is large, as is the bathroom ; there is loads of storage space ; and the view from the terrace and from inside the apartment is incredible – not only during the day, but at night when you can watch the lighthouse blinking at the end of Cap Ferrat. (And if you’re lucky, someone, reputedly a rich Russian, will shoot off...

"The unit is closely located to the train station (5 min walk). Nice area near the beech with many restaurants. The unit is generally in good condition. The building and unit apartment is difficult to find as it is tucked behind the main street. A simple diagram showing how to access the building and unit apartment would have helped. Also, basic toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo and toilet paper would have been a great help! Thank you!"

"The property offers everything we hoped for. Easy access to the train, buses, shops, beach and a great view! The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom were all very comfortable and really enjoyed the deck most of all. Very much enjoyed our stay!"

"The location was extremely convenient for us. For future clients it would be helpful to provide toilet paper and a small garbage bin would be very thoughtful. Holly was great, communication was really good. The only issue we had was that the price was listed as $94 CAN and then it charged our daughters card in American funds. Hopefully that can be resolved promptly..."
