"According to the advert of the property, you can use the kitchen and the microwave. Moreover, the advert gives you the impression that you can dispose of the whole house. It was a big disappointment when we found out that it is only a Bed & Breafast and you cannot actually use the kitchen. In the advert it is also not very clear if breakfast is included or not, which it is.
