"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, die Lage an einer Straße störte nicht. Es war sehr ruhig. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich wohl. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus für Ruhesuchende empfehlen. "Breakfast spread was ok but enjoyed it, seating was comfortable and relaxing. Room was clean and compact. The bed was not as great and I hated the pillows. Staff was friendly and polite. Dinner was delicious and I absolutely enjoyed the photo area and jacuzzi in my room."
