"A lovely villa in a wonderful location. We did not hire a car as we know the area quite well and knew we could easily walk to beaches, restaurants, bars and shops and the bus stop over the road took us into Denia in 20 minutes. Buses were reliable but not too frequent so the timetable was a must. The villa had everything we needed (and much more). Pool was fantastic and lovely seating areas around. The host, Lorenzo, was very responsive and super friendly. Martina who met us on arrival was...

"the way how everything is arranged, house is super clean, be aware that hot water is by a gas tank, and you need to have some certain skills to replace it, the terrace at the see side should have some more plants to make it some what nicer (only a small remark)"

"Bien vendu sur l annonce et sur les photos . Très très petit espace avec énormément de bruit avec une route fréquentée juste en bordure.Les clims fonctionnent très bien.Pour info une seule voiture peux entrer et la deuxième chambre est dans un bungalow à part de la maison.Bref bof"

"Very well appointed chalet with spacious gardens and good sized pool. Good local amenities and easy driving to Denia. With a 10 day stay I would have expected a change of bedding. Otherwise we were all very satisfied with our stay."
