"First at all I’m so to had this bad experience and no use Expedia again to make a book reservation for my next trip. Because when I booked this hotel from may 3 through may 8 2026 we paid for breakfast buffet as an extra, total was 560.41 usd but when we extended one more night for 113.01 usd the whole reservation got messed up and it took off the breakfast buffet when we’re already paid before, so me and my family arrived to the from desk of the hotel we were told that we’re only paid for an standard room and the hotel can not do anything about it! I’d contacted an expedían live agent to see if they can do something and fix that issue but WAS so USEFUL TO! So we had to paid out of our pocket again every single morning for the breakfast, very DISAPPOINTED."
