"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"We traveled to Italy after both kids graduated from college as a celebration. This was our first stop. The directions on how to get to the property, where to park etc were great. We had no problems. We had everything we needed during our stay. The property was cute and clean. Highly recommend this property."

"The apartment had everything you needed and was warm during a bit of a cold snap. The parking pass was a bonus and one day when we were just going into La Spezia, we left the car and hopped on a bus. "Host Armando was very gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is ideal, right on the bus line, travel throughout the city was very easy. "Apartment is very well kept and in good condition, the property is not in Cinque Terre, you have to take bus to train station (once there easy to move around the 5 villages). Host was very service oriented and informative. Something practical about the apartment is that it’s walking distance to La Spezia marina, if you want to take boat tour to Cinque Terre villages. "

"Me and my friends are studying in Florence right, and wanted a place to stay near Portovenere. The apartment was probably the cleanest that I have have ever booked, and the owner was so nice. The bus sutuation to the beach was a little confusing but we figured it out. Overall would recommend!"

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
