"Very quiet place, good atmosphere "

"Was greeted upon arrival with a cold towel and a drink. The staff was efficient in checking us in, took us to the room and helped deliver the luggage. (This facility only has stairs). Our room had an amazing view of Aranal Volcano (when it is not under the clouds). The Hot Springs are cleaned daily, which is AWESOME! Our stay was fabulous!"

The included breakfast was great, but we didn't enjoy our dinner at the restaurant. The pools were great and I enjoyed some fresh starfruit that we found on the mini hiking trail on the property. Great staff, accessible on-site parking. Definitely a gem."
