"Loved the location, staff and ammenities. You are walking distance from restaurants, bars, stores, practically in the middle of the action. It is verybsafe to walk around El Poblado. The staff are awesome and super helpful and friendly. I want to mention Sebastian, as he helps us find places and was very accomodating. We had free breakfast included and a nice surprise when around 5pm a beverage cart pass the rooms offering FREE drinks, yes alcoholic drinks for free!, you cant beat that."

"Quiet and clean. Convenient to El Plobado and the metro station. Breakfast is great, hotel staff is very helpful and conscientious. Rooms are very spacious and large windows allow for lots of natural light and fresh air if the weather is nice. The in site restaurant is very good. I would stay here again. "
