"We arrived at the hotel after booking a room with twin beds ( I was accompanied by my mother) , and they had only rooms with double beds , as understood we could not stay there. The person who greeted us was friendly and never gave us any solution to our problem , that nothing could be done , so we decided to go there. We were very badly treated , but said that as we had not canceled the reservation that anyway the charged , made us feel really bad , and gave us to understand that we left to...

"Beautiful hotel, nice large room and bathroom, good breakfast, evening meal not so good, would not eat there again, asked for our steak medium and it was rare and a little tough, waiting staff very good and attentive, had to pay 150 euros on arrival as a deposit otherwise they would not have given us the room, 2 days after leaving I am still waiting for it back!! "
