"Nicely renovated room. Easy parking, minutes from little stores and restaurants at the bay. Staff offered to carry luggage to second floor. We also were upgraded."

"Everything about this property was excellent. From the moment of walking into the foyer to seeing our room, the building was clean and had a freshly cleaned scent. The staff I interacted with were friendly and met my requests promptly and with a smile. Breakfast was more than I anticipated and even had gluten-free bread available upon request. Yummy food and well prepared. I would definitely stay at this hotel again should the opportunity arise."

"The location of the hotel was perfect. You are practically walking distance to the downtown pier. The staff where all very helpful, pleasant, professional and polite. I can tell the hotel was a bit outdated, but they are working on it. Despite all that, none of the less, the rooms are empecably clean!"

"No room cleaning unless asked. The front staff were wearing ear buds and not super attentive. Bed was good. Shower leaked all over the floor. Parking very hard to navigate."

"The rooms were good and the price was reasonable. Having to speak to someone on the phone is not the greatest when you are a senior. We were lucky that we were able to get assistance from another client so that we could get registered and receive a code to get into the room. If he had not been there we would have had to find another motel."
