"Once you get to your room - it is clean & nice. The shower had great water pressure. Pillows were good. No compliant about the room at all. There is a strong negative smell when you first enter the hotel. The hotel's elevator does not work. Key cards are older technology, and don't always work. Key card to outside door to the West would not work."

"We did not know that this place was recently renovated and they did a fabulous job - it's beautiful. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the amenities but we were able to go to both dinner and breakfast. The service at dinner was excellent - however the food came out less than warm. We sent it back and when it was returned the meat entree was hot but the vegetables were not. Although tasty - its seems you should be able to plate a completely hot meal. The food at breakfast was very good (except the eggs; eggs at a hotel are always awful), but the dining room was poorly understaffed for a Sunday morning. I understand people call in sick or don't show up but these poor women were running their tails off. They did it all graciously but we felt bad for them. They could really use another hand or two at breakfast."

"Great place to stay very convenient. You never have to leave the property. You can get Perkins for breakfast then get a coffee at Starbucks then head out for a walk on the beach and then go into the park. Very convenient clean rooms great staff what more could you want? Highly recommend"
