Requested a first floor room which was accommodated. Nice room with somewhat hard but comfortable bed. No complaints, staff was helpful

Close to downtown area and still very quiet as off main roads. First time staying here and will definitely come back. Nice pool area with tiki bar. Great continental breakfast in am.

We had a fantastic stay! Check in was quick and easy. Valerie at the front desk was wonderful! Helpful, efficient, and so kind! Breakfast was delicious, and the pool and spa were great for all travelers who were ready to play a bit. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. Our room overlooked the water and was just so relaxing. A great place to stay for any length!

Everything was great. Clean rooms shower water pressure fantastic and plenty of hot water night and next morning. Would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great tasting and plenty of choices. Staff very friendly.

The Wave was awesome! We stayed in the 3rd floor suite, the view of lake Erie was amazing! The people were helpful and friendly.

Very polite staff, clean and well maintained hotel. We always base our stays on who has free breakfast and I will say they surpassed our expectations. Hot breakfast even at the end and a ton of variety to choose from.

This is truly a fabulous place- beautiful rooms, great location and wonderful bar! I would highly recommend it!!

Room was spacious bed and pillows were very comfortable. Just hate the location of the pool. Its right in the front so everyone can see you. Breakfast was amazing love the cinnamon buns and the pancakes. Nice bar and restaurant in the same parking lot. Definitely will return

From check-in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean from the lobby, hallways, elevator and the room.

The only suggestion for the unit we were in, C unit, would be that the larger bathroom could really use a cabinet next to the sink basin. There is no flat surface in which to lay toiletries. Otherwise, we loved the place and would rent again. By the way, the housekeeping young lady, Lindsey, was very nice and helped us find our unit. And if she’s the one who cleaned our unit before we arrived, she did an excellent job!

It was so clean, hospitality was amazing, they even texted to check up and they have COOKIES at the front desk! Plus breakfast was awesome. Definitely staying next time we go to cedar point

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront resort in Port Clinton! From the moment I booked, the staff impressed me with their courteous service — they even called ahead to personally provide check-in details, which made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The resort is right on the beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the beach area was. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier — just steps away from my room, making it perfect for a morning stroll...

The check in process was very easy and I loved that they provided water at check in. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good size. Overall, a good value for the money.
