"The whole resort was first class, staff were friendly, breakfast provided was excellent. The rooms were as described with perfect daily cleaning. The garden areas were immaculate, the mix of palm trees and conifers was just right, giving a picturesque view throughout. The location was ideal for an amount of local facilities and a fair walk into the centre. Would highly recommend."

"This hotel was in walking distance to the town as well as visiting local attractions. If you wanted a change of scenary, you could walk to the harbour and take a ferry across to the nearest town. The hotel is situated near a beach however if that doesn't suit you, they also have a pool. Cocktail hour is between 3pm to 6pm - recommend having after visiting the local shops 😄"

"Having been disappointed with hotels previously in Riva, I decided to try this apartment complex. Am so happy I did. It was a delight with only minor things which would improve my rating of 9/10. It's location was excellent being 5 minute walk to the edge of the lake and centre of town. The managers of the apartments were welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. It had a separate double bedroom, kitchen/lounge area and bathroom. So a lot bigger than a normal hotel room. Great for spreading...

"Great hotel to stop through with kids, plenty of activities (mini-golf, pool, trampoline, sports area), kids room, snacks through the day and many other activities round the area. Rooms were clean and the views amazing. We didn't plan a long enough stay in the area but the lake and surrounding towns looked lovely."

"This little hotel was really outstanding. Very clean, excellent service, wifi worked well. Great location overlooking the lake. Underground parking was tight but very manageable. We had to leave early on the day of departure so they even went out their way to set up some breakfast for us specifically. A bit of a walk to Malcesine itself - would recommend the bus or driving rather than walking. Bus stop is a few mins walk from the hotel and buses are frequent."
