Would like to see a better way to manage the deck chairs at the pool as people tend to go early and mark their chairs but don’t actually use them until later in the day.Ive stayed at Flamingo many times now and it is one of my favourites."

"The hotel seems very poorly managed. Out first room, the AC and safe were not working so we requested and received a new room. Next morning, my spouse's legs were covered in red bedbug welts and bites!! We should have checked out then, but agreed to move to a third room. This one also had non-functional AC, they sent up a tech to fix it. Fine. Well cut to the bathroom reeking of sulfur/sewage smelling pipes and water, and a non- draining sink with black flakes coming up the drain into the sink. We left the next day. Hotel did comp our stay."

"when you charge over $500 / night and you charge me $18 for a bottle of water and $16 for in-room coffee i have to unpack from some crazy wrapper that feels like you don’t me to have the coffee, and drink it from a paper cup i have to ask myself what is hospitality beyond sameness and a room and a spot like this. to me it misses the mark and feels like it doesn’t matter because it’s Vegas. sure."
