"The shuttle bus service from the station was fantastic. All their people were very friendly and helpful. We had the best view of Mt. Fuji. The hotel surrounds were beautiful gardens kept immaculately. We would highly recommend this hotel. Lovely spacious rooms too. Shower over bath thouh. Also lake not far to walk. and tourist bus service to the lake areas, etc. And to the kimono museum; must see. The Kawaguchiko station is very crowded with hundreds of tourists but efficient service to get through. Make sure you book your train ticket seat. Train very crowded. "

"Super friendly staff and helpful. Owner came and greeted us himself upon checking in. Hotel older and dated however family ran and super clean. It was a great experience at a traditional ryokan. Onsen was great and open til 8 AM. Location is far from town, but accessible by local bus. Totally worth the trek, great scenery even tho we missed Mt Fuji due to fog. I guess it gives us a reason to come back. 😊"

The host greeted us with welcoming tea and shared helpful information about both the house and the surrounding area. The provided pajamas were comfy and perfect slipped into after enjoying the onsen. We truly appreciated the hospitality and hope to return it one day. "

"The house is beautifull located at lake Saiko. We went kayaking, touring with the bike and with a quad. A lovely stay in nature. The owners were very kind and a lovely surprise for my birthday. I can recommend staying there. Lisette "

The only hard thing is decide if you want to stay inside relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi or go exploring different view spots of mt. Fuji"
