"We had an issue with our first rental (ac went out twice) the staff was extremely accommodating and moved us to an upgraded room, Erika at the front desk was absolutely amazing along with Chantel and Jess. Joseph at the water park was also so helpful and made our time at the pool way more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again solely based on the staff alone!"
