"Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. "

"Nice place, although not very secure. Went to dinner came back to find the Code to enter did not work. Lucky for us the slider was never locked and we had never checked it. Steps are a little steep so be careful and could use better lighting outside for walk ways. Parking we had to park on the street, not the best scenario. Overall it was nice for what we needed, a quick trip to take care of some personal things in the area."

"My mother and I enjoyed our stay very much. I disliked the wording of the website. It was very misleading at best. The host/owner was wonderful. We ran into a couple of hiccups, but he fixed them right away. One suggestion: get safety bars for your bathroom. Thank you very much."

"Exactly what you need for a quick stay. Access to the beach with a short bike ride. Access to A1A and short distance to Amphitheatre if youre staying for a concert or event. Should've stayed one more day, just to have a relax day! Great accommodations and affordable!"
