"Great location close to stores and located within a beautiful gate-guarded golf course/resort. It was wonderful to have everything we needed to cook and a washer and dryer, pool and billiards table all contained in the house. I highly recommend renting this beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood."

"The house was very big and nice, comfortable beds. There could be more kitchen utensils for a house this size. I've stayed at Miami condos that include a strainer. They had one oven pan, two pots and a saucer. Plenty of bowls and plates though. Please be warned that Expedia does not list all the charges required prior to check in. "The overall stay was good. Check in was fast and easy and the girl (wish I would have gotten her name) was very pleasant. The staff also very friendly acknowledged us as we walked by. Only complaint (not really a complaint) is the bathroom door had no lock but I also did not mention it to the front desk because at the time it was no big deal but upon leaving I made them aware. Also the pool was not cleaned it had a lot of leaves in it not sure if they don't clean it on the weekends."

"Staff friendly, easy check in and out. Breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage patty, potatoes cubed, among other typical stuff. Waffle making machine, juice machine. Next to front desk is a lemon water dispenser. Parking lot well lit at night. Quiet despite being next to a major intersection, with lots of traffic. Public bus stop right there across parking lot. My room was recently updated. But black mold spots on shower head, and around exhaust fan in bathroom. Only wall outlet was next...

"The room I was given had a smell of wet carpet, the carpet was not wet though. The shower is a handicap showere and the water comes out of the showere flooding the bathroom. Which in turn I think that is why it smells like wet carpet prettt sure the carpet has gotten wet a few times. Most likely has mildew under it. They need to put a better drainage system in the bathroom"
