"The premises are large, clean, comfortable and very well laid out. Everything you would need is provided. "The name accurately describes the property: Studio Cozy. The studio apartment is very small and was sparklingly clean. Very nicely appointed - nice fixtures and comfy bed. With no exterior windows, the studio became very humid. There is an opaque skylight which allowed for some natural light. The bathroom door would not close properly - an easy fix which we assume will be addressed soon. We loved the location - easy walking to restaurants and city sights."

"We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was well equipped, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for us. It was close to the historic enter of town with shops, restaurants and sites near by. We felt safe walking late at night. Alice was helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us."

"Nice, comfortable and very clean property was just what we were looking for. All the facilities we needed, in a peaceful part of Bordeaux but not far from amenities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent, and with nice balcony to sit out. 30 minutes walk from central Bordeaux, and for us a 10 minute walk to the rugby stadium. Communication with owners ahead of the trip fine, and all check-in and other information was provided in good time. Thank you!"

Nearby are lots of mostly ethnic restaurants, a great boulangerie, and shops for anything you might need. Very Middle Eastern and African vibe. It is close to tram line stops, etc. However, it was not without some problems. Not mentioned in the listing is that it on the second floor (third to Americans), meaning climbing 45 steps up a spiral staircase every time you come...
