"Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage - fußläufig ist das Zentrum oder der Bahnhof sehr gut zu erreichen, für den täglichen Bedarf findet man alles direkt vor der Tür.Die Räume sind so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet.Wir habe hier drei Tage verbracht und würden die Unterkunft wieder anmieten und auch weiterempfehlen :)Vielen Dank! "

"This is a perfectly lovely apartment. Very compact but makes good use of space. Being an older couple, I would say it is not for older people who have mobility or pain issues, as I do. There is no lift and it is on the second floor (3rd if you are from the US!) and the stairway is a stone winding staircase. I just about managed it twice per day. "The property is ideal for being central in Bordeaux. It is a gated community, very quiet yet within easy distance of trams and the river. The property was clean. We did have communication problems once we were there as our French is fairly basic and that is how the host communicates."

Great location, less than 20mins walk to old town/central area, but still near nice bars/restaurants. has all the amenities needed to cook/stay in, and host was very helpful and responsive. Only thing to note is parking is a 10min walk away, so not directly next to flat"

"Very good place to stay for few days to experience Bordeaux. Lots of places to eat, shop and get groceries nearby - very central location. Apartment is on the 3rd floor of a very quiet building. Towels and bedding are good quality and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need. Would definitely stay there again."
