"The front desk and management are so thoughtful. I stayed here to take the FL Bar and they left me a care package in preparation to take the Bar. It was such a nice gesture. Great comfy hotel, highly recommend staying here! "

"The hotel lobby was very welcoming, clean and very spacious with lots of little nooks to sit and relax or read. Dining room was open and inviting. The staff was friendly and super helpful (shout out to Carlissa for her help). Area was convenient and in walking distance to lots eateries, convention, arena and bay. Room was a bit dated but it was clean and nice. Would stay again in future."
