The maintenance is ok, but the bathroom door didn’t close, because it was broken a long time ago and no one cared to fix it."

The night before check-out, 1 was told there were no charges. Yet at check-out, this fee was still imposed. It's not about the amount—it's about the principle. Charging for a failed call and then insisting on it reflects poor service and a money-driven attitude. Very disappointing."
