Great space with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. The staff was always available and helpful with a great housekeeping staff. I had a wonderful stay and will keep Bikube at the top of my list for any future visits.

Clean room. Housekeeping solid. Wifi and aircon could’ve been a little better.

The "Mazarin" Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We expected difficulties due to its location on a narrow mediaeval street, but getting there was easy and parking, while tight, was also acceptable. This hotel was the highlight of our Provence trip. The owner and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. They are generous on their servings. Lovely hotel in the walled city of Carcassone. Great setup for parking since you can't park in the city. They have a special parking lot where you leave your car and they have car service to pickup you and your luggage and deliver you to the hotel. Private event in their dining room when we were there but they made reservations for us in a lovely restaurant a few door down (Comte Roger) and was one of the best of our trip.
