"The property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Overall the food was very good.
Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped."

This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is big with a rain shower head. Everything is bright and clean. The rooms are quiet. This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The decor in my room was spectacular. The bed was the most comfortable I have had. The staff was friendly, charming and professional. This is my number one so far halfway into my trip. This will be in my plans for a return visit.

Superb stay at Veneto. Arrived early and asked for room with outdoor patio which was quickly taken care of. Room was gorgeous as is entire hotel.
Anastasia at the front desk is a gem and helped me with customs shipping label to send package to US, laundry service and many other things.
Restaurant was closed due to off-season but was able to get a bottle of wine as they have wine selections available and even wine tasting during peak season.
