"Really enjoyed our stay, the quality of the rooms and housekeeping etc was fantastic, rooms were spotless and turned down twice a day. The food was cooked well and a good range of choices, although often stayed on the safe side. The staff we all pleasant and friendly but with the exception of the spa staff it wasn't knock your socks off service. A slight hiccup with the WiFi when we arrive was dealt with very swiftly and they were always on hand to help with any issues or questions. When we visited it was extremely hot (high 30s-40) and so sitting outside in the evening wasn't always the most pleasant and there wasn't a great deal of choice for chilling out late at night. It feels very well suited for families and perhaps slightly less so for couples. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend the private pool option. "

"The Team at Casa Cook are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they are there when you need them but otherwise they are discreet. Brilliant team and make the hotel. Room was wonderful. Never did I tire of looking at our view, nor direct access to the pool. Again, it had everything and was comfortable. Bed was super comfortable! The food is delicious and lots of choice on an evening. We didn't do half board but wish we had. Breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. So so much choice!! I had something different every single day. Overall the hotel is stunning, amazing and perfect. "
