"Overall, the hotel was nice, there was not enough electrical plugs to charge your phones or etc. We had to go out and buy an extension cord. So we could have access to electrical plugs. There was an issue with the outside door not working to let you in. The key cards won’t work. Only 1 elevator was working. Breakfast was good. It was a nice location close to everything. Would stay there again."

"This property is lovely. Grounds were well kept and so very beautiful and peaceful, and the red rocks in Garden of the gods are worth seeing. Fortunately, breakfast was included because it was way overpriced for the type of breakfast provided ($28/pp). Not much different from your typical hotel breakfast except the dining room had white table clothes which made it a bit more fancy. I would not recommend anyone spending the money unless one really wants to say they ate in the castle. The coffee in the room was terrible. A little better in the dining room but not by very much. We stayed in Big Horn Lodge. It was clean and comfortable, but no TV, microwave, or refrigerator in the room. The bed and pillows provided a comfortable night’s sleep. There is a shared frig on the first floor. The second floor is ground level, while the first floor requires going down about six steps to reach it. There is a walkway around the back for handicapped. Be aware if steps are a problem. I would definitely stay in Glen Eyrie again if I’m ever in the Colorado Springs area."
