Maria had excellent and timely communication with us and it was within walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. It was so clean, you could eat off the floor! "Penthouse is in a great location! You can walk to dinner, grocery store and it is a short drive to Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. The unit is a bit worn, but totally functional. There isn't a laundry dryer, but no worries everything dries quickly hanging on the roof. Drying racks are available. Obviously, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs would be a problem. Great views from the upper deck. Check in and out were smooth, easy with great communication. Perfect for 2...
