"So strange to me that this place has such great reviews.. while the staff is amazing, the rooms themselves and hallways and elevators and just very rundown. The art in the hallways is literally hand drawn with sharpies.. or perhaps a magazine picture modgepodged with a frame sharpied around it? The decor needs a major overhaul. The pool is beautiful and the beachside bar is great. I cannot say enough about the attentiveness of the beach staff. We had a beachfront room so our view was great as well.. just mainly the lobby and halls and rooms need a redo but the staff and pool and food in the octopus restaurant go above and beyond. "

"My only complaint is they don’t have anyone to check in past 5pm Another guest luckily told me to check my email to get room lock code. But other then that it was fine "
