"The hotel is visually impeccable, and its pool area stands out for its design and atmosphere. However, the overall experience did not meet expectations for the price.
The breakfast is expensive for the quality and variety offered, and room service had notably long wait times. Housekeeping was inconsistent: on one occasion, they did not return after we requested a later cleaning time, and on others, the room was not properly serviced.
