Hosts were friendly and it is my best experience ever in my life!

Excellent stay here, 3 minute walk from the train station. Beautiful views. The staff who I believe were the owners went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They go the extra mile prepping breakfast. Would recommend to any of my family members or friends.

Esther’s Guesthouse is perfectly situated in Gimmelwald and very close to the lift. The hosts are very welcoming and have a sweet kiddo that played with my kids on the playground while we stayed there. The village is charming and quiet. It’s a perfect family retreat.

Our stay was truly special and one we will remember fondly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly staff, who were always kind, attentive, and happy to help. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay feel so much more than just a hotel experience. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s food, which added another lovely dimension to our stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. And the view of the...

Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

This is a lovely hotel near the cable car that goes up the mountain. You can ski right up to the front door of the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was very extensive and well-supplied, with high quality food. I had a very enjoyable stay here, and would come again without hesitation. The hotel is at the other end of town from the train station. It is a good 10 minute walk, and since Murren is a car-less village, you will have to haul your luggage,...

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. A once in a lifetime type beauty. But hopefully I'll be back again! The pool was great and I was traveling with two 20-something kids and a 15 yr old. Staff was very nice. We ate dinner in the hotel...but not the "included" with your room dining room. It was good. Breakfast was also good...typical, but good.

Convenient location, clean room, various choices in breakfast

Excellent stay! Very clean room, knowledgeable staff, and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left. The included breakfast had a good mixture of items. The room was spacious and had a good sized sitting area as well as plenty of room to store your clothes and luggage. Water bottles,...

Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. It was in a prime location with direct access to the train station and a short walk to nearby restaurants and activities.

Very spacious room.

Great vew

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and we had a lovely stay. Right by all the local transport and food options. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Hotels.com confirmation is NOT enough. you need email them or call them ealier. airport transfer is necessary. Their airport transfer is only 45 Euro in a nice Mecedes. Regular cab costed 52. Location is very good, it is walking distance to all sites. And a GREAT pizza restaurant next door. Nice pizza guy, but no English. Great Pizza.

Loved this darling cute authentic hotel! Friendly staff and breakfast was delicious!

We were greeted by the Hotel manager Beat at the front desk, very friendly and helpful about our activities. He gave us tips and recommendations. The room was very clean, organized and the bed was very comfortable. Our room location had a nice view, you can see paragliders. Everything is close by, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great with lots of selection. They have a common area if you have your own food to eat and a fridge to store your food. Also, the lady at the front desk was very...

Great location near the train station, and great price.
