"The staff at Spearfish Canyon Lodge and Roughlock Falls Restaurant never tried to charge me a fee to use my Visa DEBIT card! The restaurant Cheyenne Crossing did try and charge me a fee to use my debit card, which is a federal offense. Different rules apply to charge card vs. debit cards. Thank you to Spearfish Canyon Lodge! A classy comforting experience!"

"Very meh. Lots of rules given but it was a weird space and heater fan was so loud. and the wifi was useless. You should not post it as an amenity if it's not working well. I had to leave earlier than necessary just to use wifi elsewhere. You said it was the whole area - not true. I stayed elsewhere and wifi was fine."

"Ive waited almost a week to post a review because I was hoping for a response to my compliant of bed bugs that my daughter and grandson suffered from during their stay on Mother's day. We were having a great time until the next day when my daughter reported bites on her arm, feet, thigh and other areas. I immediately called the 800 number the front desk gave me and reported but have not received even a call back. Also there was no complimentary coffee or water available in the lobby."
