"I had really bad luck with another hotel and I had to book this one at the last minute. I called the next morning to see if I could come check in early, she said no problem, no charge, you’ve been through enough, we have a room ready. When I tell you Nya made my experience so great. She was so professional, kind, helpful and empathetic to my family. This was beautiful property right off a body of water, clean, quiet and comfy. Nice amenities. We swam too and that was great as well. I hope to come back soon! "
