"The room is very spacious but toilet very bad design bath shower messy when u had shower because the water all goes out on the floor shower door is half size cover never seen such a mess in hotel after u shower. Location is very good when u visit vatican city. Breakfast average not surprised no one eating breakfast at the hotel. "

"Nice hotel. Perfect for families with kids. It was a nice break for my kids to be able to play in the pool and they had fun with the free arcade games. The gym was clean and big. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because the mattress in our room should be replaced. It was sunken in. There were also some ants in the room. Besides those two issues, everything was great."

"Relaxing location but the check in process is a joke! Messaged before arriving to see if we could check in early and they said yes if its available, when we arrived they said no check in is at 2, didnt even check if it was available. Then you have to get a ticket and wait to be called to check in, no one even told us you needed a ticket. There are around 30 people waiting to check in and each one takes 10-20 minutes. We had a room for 3 and the 3rd bed wasnt even made up, all blankets were still in cupboard. There were also stains (looked like blood) on the floor No cups or anything in the room either, wouldnt hurt to put some plastic cups or even a kettle with coffee facilities in Toilet didnt flush properly and leaked from the tank"

"We booked two rooms. We got there and we were informed that they do not have two rooms that they had one appartment.... at the end we had to stayed in an "apartment" with one room that was divided into two by a door. Terrible service. They did not clean the room the second day because they were busy..."

"Great stay, here three nights. Quick and excellent staff, breakfsst was more than expected. The well appointed exercise was a plus. There were several great restaurants close by( casellis) as well as the hotels."
