"There was a small glitch with my access code and they were so quick and helpful, letting me in my room and bringing me my information quickly. The hotel was a great location to multiple subway lines. The staff was friendly, greeting me as I came in and out, would definitely stay there again!!"

"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. It's just behind the Sacré-Cœur (<5 minute walk). The other streets around the hotel are very quaint and beautiful. It's a very nice hotel in a very picturesque location. The only thing to know is that it's on top of same hill that the Sacré-Cœur is situated on, so coming back at the end of the day will always require walking up steps or hills unless you take a taxi. Worth it, though. And the front desk quickly booked a cab for us to Gare du Nord when our original taxi reservation fell through. Thank you! "
