"We love the smaller boutique hotels and this was perfect for us. Great location, a short walk to many of places we wanted to explore. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for us but I could see it being a problem for others that we sometimes travel with. I look forward to returning next summer!"
"5 stars for a spacious loft in the perfect location with restaurants, cafes and most must see attractions within walking distance.
However, the tub was clogged and dirty, which made showers a nightmare. The sink upstairs was useless as it sprayed water everywhere instead of having a steady stream. Also there were no basic spices available (salt, pepper, sugar, oil) for those of us who like to cook every now and then. Improve on these and this can be a 10/10."
"The room was very clean , comfortable and modern. There was a nice kitchen . You could walk to everything in Quebec from the hotel. The only issue was the router went off line for 2 days over the weekend but was fixed by the 3d day. Access to the room is digital so in the third day we had to call to get a code to access the room."

The hotel rooms look very new and the decoration is stylish and serene. The floor window is huge and the view is beautiful. The paintings along the hallway from the guests rooms to the front-desk make the hotel also artful.
We enjoyed the food in the restaurant on the first floor, very fresh and delicious."
"The property was excellent for the price. The parking was full but we were able to park in a different garage around the corner. The check-in was smooth and the stay was comfortable. The only thing that could have been better is the location. If you are expecting to see the area similar to old Quebec, this is not it, but you can walk to Old Quebec within 20-25 minutes."
"We were extremely happy with our stay at the Hotel Manoir Victoria. It was our first visit to Old Quebec City and as seniors, we were concerned about the ease in getting to the hotel, parking and its proximity to sites. Manoir Victoria checked all those boxes. It’s a short drive from the highway and the valet parking garage is right next to the hotel. (Note: The garage is BEFORE the hotel.) There is a flight of stairs to the hotel lobby but assistance with bags is available, upon request. The...
