"I stayed here for one night as I was going to see a show at the Sadlers Wells and the property is five minutes walk. Check in was fast and staff friendly. The room is basic but clean and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. For the price and location I highly recommend. "
"Absolutely fantastic, the staff are really lovely and welcoming. The hotel and grounds are first class. Food in the restaurant and bar is very well presented and delicious. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. If you're ever in Horsley this hotel is definitely worth staying in. A short walk from the hotel is the towers, a stately hall with stunning surroundings. The rates for the room is excellent value for money. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be booking another...

Staff excellent. Very friendly.
Food very good although Chicken Parmesan at dinner far too big a portion.

"Perfect room on sixth floor for a couple with mobility ( not wheelchair) issues. Room spotlessly clean. Great bathroom with safety features. Comfortable bed. Would stay again and highly recommend. "
"The quiet surrounding. The quay view from the window was meditating. Clean and clear walk routes. Reception staff were really kind and welcoming. Hotel was wonderfully Clean, Neat and smelt gorgeous in the Lobby area. A very pleasant stay indeed. "We loved our stay at Montana Hotel! Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was fabulous. We walked 25km for 2 days & following day tube to Tower Hill to do Tower of London. Walkable to Kensington, Buckingham & beyond.
We had large room on lower floor. Room was great but we needed air conditioner on when in room or was stuffy & hot apart from that no problems at all :)"
