A special shout-out to Alessia: as I was driving into Lecce, my GPS kept rerouting me through pedestrian-only streets. I called the hotel in frustration, and Alessia patiently stayed on the phone with me, figured out exactly where I was, and guided me step by step until I arrived safely at the front door. That level of personalized service is rare and greatly appreciated. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the rooftop bar—a perfect spot to wind down in the evening with an aperitivo while enjoying the views of this beautiful city. I can’t recommend Patria Palace highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience I’ll never forget."

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Lecce. The location is absolutely perfect, just steps from the historic center and surrounded by excellent restaurants. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding hospitality of Serena and Paola. Their warmth and attention to detail were exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast each morning was a delight, with thoughtful options for allergies. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puglia and looking for comfort, convenience, and heartfelt service."

"Decided on a last minute stay to see Lecce. The hotel is small but very spacious & clean, easy to find with great service from friendly and helpful staff. We had pre booked parking so after easily finding the hotel, our luggage was whisked out and the car taken for us. In the old city, everywhere was an easy walk - good in 31 degree heat - and the hotel helped us with a fabulous restaurant recommendation & booking. Not the cheapest on offer but you certainly get what you pay for."

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
