"Customer service was great. We were notified before checking in that the AC wasnt working properly. The AC ended up taking 2 days to fix. While the situation wasnt ideal or convenient, the owners were very prompt with communication and gave us a discount for our inconvenience. I would have given it 5 stars but for the price….here is some very important thing to know before you stay there….even though it is lake accessible, you should know that the owner fails to let you know that the hill down to the boat dock that he advertises is sooo steep that you can barely get down or up the hill.
