"This is an excellent hotel! The rooms were beautiful and meticulously clean. The check in process was so cordial and relaxing. The location is great. The best part of Hotel Monge is the staff, so helpful and friendly. When my wife left her scarf at a nearby restaurant, the front desk called the restaurant and sent us an email after they confirmed it was there so we could pick it up. I would not hesitate to stay here again, it made our trip to Paris even better!"

"The staff, particularly a black woman working the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. They spoke near-perfect English and took care of anything we asked for or needed. The room itself was clean and they cleaned it every day. The area is also very close to a metro station and the Eiffel Tower. "

"This hotel was very nice! It is very modern and clean. The staff is great: super helpful and friendly. The reason this isn’t a 10/10 is because of the smell and no balcony. Sometimes the hotel lobby smelled of cooked food due to open layout. Sometimes it smelled like the sewer (however parts of France smell this way due to their canals). It does NOT smell in the rooms. We love balconies, but unfortunately this hotel did not have any. I believe the front desk mentioned that high buildings in...
