"Superb breakfast, fresh, delicious, wide choice. Very clean room (recently build) Quiet. Good shower. No kettle etc in room so you'd have to buy a hot drink at the bar. Beware, and that's why no 5 stars: Eventhough this website says there is no reservation needed for the shuttle bus, and this is true from the airport, you do need a ticket from the hotel front desk to take the shuttle to the airport. They didn't tell us that at check in. So, we couldn't get on the shuttle we wanted because it was full, and therefore we shared a Bolt."

"This is a great place to stay at. Metro station is 10min walking. Offers some stores and restaurants nearby. Area is quiet. Staff is great! They made sure we had a great experience from the beginning. Shout out to Julián, Luis and Alejandro. Food is paid, but it's worth it. The room was on the smaller size, but it felt cozy. Cleanliness is top notch, never had an issue. We were there for 1 week, and definitely would recommend it."

"Nice clean hotel a short drive from Madrid Airport. A few local bars and restaurants close by, and a supermarket. The hotel had its own bar and restaurant. Excellent staff. Good value for the money, not high quality but a great place to stay."
