"I booked this property and communicated with them that it was available. The morning we were to arrive I messaged because we hadn’t received instructions for check in. Two hours before check in time I received a message that said “double booked” and received a cancellation message. No apologies at all. We were driving through the night with a baby who didn’t do well traveling and needless to say it was a long rough night and day and we were looking forward to crashing and getting some rest...
